Refund Policy

Consumable items—including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and liquid supplies—are strictly NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once the factory seal, box, or protective pull-tab is broken or opened, due to the nature of consumable electronics and immediate depreciation.

Unopened items must be returned in original condition within 14 days with customer-paid return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Hardware defects reported within 7 days are eligible for replacement upon serial number verification.
